Welcome to the Jasmin Diving Sports Center

The diving centre is situated 10 km in the South of Hurghada, in an amazing bay directly located at the Red Sea in the hotel Grand Seas Resort Hostmark.
We offer beginner- and advanced courses according to PADI/SSI/CMAS/I.A.C. (International Aquanautic Club) and NRC.
For the certified divers we organize additionally mini-safaris to the more distanced sights of the Egyptian underwater world.

Boats

The Jasmin Diving Sports Center is one of the first diving centres in Hurghada, which has built diving boats according to the needs of the divers.
As being one of the first safari boats, the Jasmine I and Jasmine II have been well known for whole Europe.
1994 our first daily diving boat, the MOAWD I, was built. In the time being the boat was completely renewed and is state of the art with its new engine.
2004 the AIDA momo came additionally to offer “Diving at its best”. This boat is also equipped to offer minisafaris to sleep on board.
Our AIDA gamar and our newest boat in our fleet, the Lady M., are keeping the standard on our high level.
Quality
The owner Monika Wiget is managing the diving centre since its foundation.
As an enthusiastic diver by herself, she is involved in the diving business since the beginning of the seventies and as one of the founding members of the Quality Dive Club, she ensured that the Jasmin Diving Sports Center is one of the primary addresses of save and high-quality diving in Egypt. Monika Wiget is founding member of HEPCA – the Hurghada Environmental Protection & Conservation Association

Her high personal expectations regarding the diving centre as a training- and recreational place was and is still setting standards.
And so Monika and her diving centre are announced extraordinarily positive in the worldwide diving scene, in the magazines and also in the internet.
Rewarded
The good reputation of the diving centre has also been officially rewarded and rated excellently “for the correct equipped diving centre, security and techniques in the service and security of the divers in and above the water”.
According to the reward of the Association of German Sport Divers, the annual election of the readers of the magazine “tauchen” and the election of the magazine “unterwasser”, the Jasmin Diving Sports Center belongs to the best diving centres – not only at the Red Sea – but worldwide.
In 2012 Monika had the honour to receive an Award for the 25 years jubilée of the Jasmin Diving Sports Center from the german underwater-magazine "tauchen". Additionally the Minister of Tourism in Egypt awarded Monika for her remarkable effort to promote the Egyptian Tourism.
Fun and recreation
To provide the fun in diving is of course the most important target for us.
