Rebreather |
Still many divers think that diving with a rebreather is only for "Tec divers". But it is becoming more and more common for regular recreational diving. |
With a semi closed rebreather unit you can discover new aspects of diving. |
The advantages and the easy usage of these units is exciting more and more divers. |
The function of a SCR (semi closed rebreather) are very easy and well proven. The first units from Dräger Ray and Dolphin were used in the 19th century. |
The used air is cleaned from the CO2 by a filter and enriched with fresh gas. There are many advantages of this system. |
You will consume much less gas and with a 5 liter tank you can dive up to 90 minutes! |
Another positive aspect is the silence you can enjoy during the dive. |
Without the bubbles you can have a closer look at the under water animals and your breathing comfort is unbeatable as the air is warmer and more humid than in a open system. |
And last but not least you can combine it with the advantages of diving with nitrox. |
As a certified diver you can join an introductionary rebreather dive for a very small fee or you can do a course to become a certified rebreather diver within 3 or 4 days. |
